Their Stories:
Over the years I have met countless women who have told me their personal stories of how my book: The Secrets – How To Control A Man, has changed their lives. The stories of how they transformed their relationships with men I found stunning. I knew that the information in the book was powerful, but I never imagined just how dramatically the book would alter so many lives. I could literally write a book about all of the stories I have heard. Here I will present a few of the most memorable stories from women who read The Secrets and what happened when they started applying it.
Ms. Streetwise
I met a Spanish woman who worked near me. She clearly had a hard life growing up in the ghettos and she was as tough as nails. Not surprisingly, her boyfriend was just as tough and consequently they argued all the time. They had been together for years and nothing changed. They fought and fought all the time. Whenever she asked him for anything there was always a big argument no matter what it was.
She ended up getting a copy of my book. I ran into her a few weeks later and she told me that things had changed a lot between her and her boyfriend. To begin with she followed the advice in the book and stopped arguing with him and instead she just used techniques in the book. He was so thrown off that he would go out of his way to start a fight, but she wouldn’t argue with him. He eventually realized that she had changed and he stopped trying to provoke her. He then became very affectionate and gentle with her. At one point she needed to borrow $5,000 to pay some bills. To her amazement, he gave her the money without arguing and no questions asked.
About a year later I ran into this same woman and she was now pregnant. She showed me her diamond ring as she happily announced that she was married to the same guy! She had this radiant, girlish, bubbly smile on her face. I could not believe that this was the same streetwise tough woman I had met a year ago. I never imagined my book could cause a woman as hardcore as she was to make such a monumental change. She hugged me and could not stop thanking me for the book. It felt good knowing that I had helped her.
Ms. Five Boyfriends
I gave a lecture in New York and afterwards a woman came up to me and with a big smile hugged me and thanked me for my book. She said that because of my book she now had 5 boyfriends and she had just cut it down from six! I was shocked. I hardly knew what to say. My first thought was that I had created a Frankenstein. Again, I knew that the techniques in The Secrets were powerful, but I had no idea that any woman would use it to juggle five boyfriends at the same time. I certainly did not advocate the book being used in this way.
I asked her which part of the book helped her most. Without having to even think about it, she said with a big smile: “The chapters on sex! Oh my God, that sh*t really works!” The most amazing part about all of this was the fact that this sister was a very voluptuous woman. I thought that if she was dating five guys at the same time, how come so many slender women keep claiming that they can’t find a man? In The Secrets I do teach that there are many qualities about a woman that can capture the passions of a man that have nothing to do with physical appearance. This woman obviously took full advantage of everything I said in the book, especially the secrets for truly hot sex.
Ms. Insecure
I met a woman at some event who thanked me for my book because it changed the way she saw herself. She had always been very self conscious about the fact that she had small breasts. She felt very insecure and thought that guys were not attracted to her. It had reached the point that she had decided to have her breasts enlarged. Luckily she discovered my book before she did so. In The Secrets I pointed out that breast implants are unnatural, dangerous, they feel artificial and men are turned off by them. I noted that some of the sexiest women in the world have small breasts. I drove home the point that a woman’s sex appeal goes way beyond her breast size. Once she understood this she became far more confident and outgoing. She told me that now she almost has to fight the guys off. She achieved this without mutilating her body.
Rasta Man
One woman told me that she was dating a Rasta man and they were often yelling and arguing. After reading The Secrets, she decided to try it out. One day he started yelling at her about something, but instead of yelling back she tried one of the techniques in the book and within minutes he was apologizing and hugging her affectionately. She told me that it took a lot of will power not to burst out laughing, because she could not believe how well it worked and she did not have to yell or curse. From that point on, she was sold on the power of The Secrets.
The Stripper
I met a woman at a party who in the course of our conversation told me that she was a stripper and about all of the failed relationships she had with men. I advised her to get a copy of my book, read it, and then let me know what happened. A few months later I got a call from her and she started by thanking me for my book. She told me that she was no-longer stripping and that she was now married and was living with her husband in a his home in Connecticut. I had met many women who had gotten married as a result of my book, but I think she had set some kind of record for getting married the quickest. I was very happy for her.
Ms. Conservative
I did a lecture/book-signing with another female author. She was very professional and conservative. She was in her late fifties or early sixities. She was very much into her Bible and church. She was the hardcore type who was set in her ways, felt she knew everything, and wouldn’t entertain anyone else’s opinion. Needless to say I was very surprised when she bought my book. We never even talked about her relationships with men.
Some time later she called me and began telling me that she had met some guy and that when they were making love she all of a sudden decided to let loose and do what the book said. She began moaning, screaming, and doing the other things I recommended in the book. She told me that they were both whipped into a sexual frenzy! In all honesty, based on my first meeting with her, I didn’t think she even had any interest in sex and I certainly was not prepared for her graphic description. As helpful as I think my book is I really did not think that it could get this woman to change as much as she did. Even listening to her on the phone she sounded more like a giddy college girl who had just had sex for the first time. I began wondering if I should have charged more money for my book as others had recommended.
The Hip Hop Crew
I was doing a book-signing at a store when some young hip hop guys in their early twenties came to my table and began making jokes about how no woman could control them. Eventually one of them picked up my book and began reading it. I watched as the expression on his face changed. I’ll never forget what he then said to his friends. He said: “Oh sh*t dog, we’re in trouble!” I and others could not stop laughing.
Ms. Change
This woman began telling about how the book had improved her relationship with her boyfriend, but the one thing that really stood out for me about her story was what her boyfriend told her. He said: “You are doing something different. I don’t know what it is, but keep doing it.” She like many women across the country did not tell her partner that she was using my book on them. This guy was clearly happier with his girlfriend, even though he didn’t know why.
Woman On The Train
I participated in a book-fair in Long Island, NY, and on the train ride back to the city I was sitting with a woman who had bought a copy of The Secrets at the book fair. We had a pleasant conversation about things in general. The following summer I was at a book event in Manhattan and I saw this woman again. I asked her if the book worked. She smiled, turned and pointed to a guy behind her. She said, “Ask him; we just got married”. The brother had a confused look on his face, because he had no idea what we were talking about, but he smiled politely. He seemed to almost worship the ground she walked on, because he was so in love. It was obvious that this brother was defenseless against this woman after she started applying The Secrets on him, but he was happy and he now had a wife.
I have heard many other such stories and I may add more later, but I think these make the point. The Secrets really does work. The stories that these women told me were very touching and truly made me feel good. There is no greater compliment to a writer than to know that his words changed a life.
